I think this is in the carpark at the bottom of st peters hill , newlyn , the drain is straight in front of you as you turn into the carpark off of fore street
I believe you was in the same position as you was when you took the picture of the steep steps , you turned 90 degrees to your left to take this picture , so I'm thinking this is also the lane off of larrigan crescent leading to the back lane of the southern comfort row of houses
After some serious thinking i believe i may have the answer , the building in the background with the balcony is in leskinnick place , therefore the buildings in the foreground are the row of shops to the left of the longboat pub ( locksmith , opticians and antique shop )
Just spotted this one at the bottom of alexandra road between mennaye road and the tennis courts , it's opposite the entrance to the new houses being built on the road
does knowing the exact location of these gates but not knowing the name of the property earn me one point , trust me not to take a note of the property name
i saw this today at the top of mount street where it joins into penwith street in the corner just above the peruvian arms , its the letter box for the new buildings built in the corner , i believe they are called something like st michaels mews
