ok thanks, could this be near the waterside meadery where you go along a bit and there is a couple of picnic tables situated, right next to Ross bridge is it there?
In front of the seating area at the bottom of Jennings Street. Was a yacht pen at one time. Possibly used for securing ships in the inner basin when going into dry dock.
