Not sure, but that looks like an old Ideal boiler (often known by their owners as Betsy), coal fired stove, with a boiler and it was fitted with a vitreous enamel flue pipe to connect to the chimney, (in the spotlight). It had a drop down front, with a fire grille to keep the fuel level, and heated the room and two radiators, as well as having a top with a pan heater lid.
Stunning record of a gracious and intelligent time.
