We should add that rules are being devised to conform with the decisions made at the meeting. Halfhidden has been overstretched of late dealing with a number of site issues. I have been busy with some pond life. It was decided that we should have if possible a single answer or if a two part question then both answers should be offered at the same time, otherwise it becomes difficult to award points. There have been some stretching the point answers. If a location is requested, I believe it should be understood that the request is for a location a bit more specific than Penzance or Gulval, etc, and rather more definite than in a garden, or on a wall etc.
That will be the essence of my draft for adding to the Rules of Engagement . Otherwise we all get into areas of definition that will get more like the absurdities of HSE and maniacal Legal documents, of which I have had a bucketful in my work.
