Quite Right ... Built by Caldwell, Caldwell and Perkins - I suspect the face is that of the elder Mr Caldwell. I wondered if it was Prince Albert, it not looking like any portrait of the good prince, my thoughts lent themselves towards the great builders in Penzance.
Oh yes, but I have and relevant points awarded ... In view of my feelings about the Caldwell s and Perkins contribution to this town, I am more than pleased with the way in which this Terrace is kept. It is a pity that more care is not shown to the rest of our heritage.
