Is it that Everything's £1 and 3 for a £1 seem to contradict each other?

Well done S55 £256 worth of Maltesers gone off. Not only that but Sugar Puff's should be kept at a constant room temperature or they will go soft and the same is true about Ritz.

It says Everything's £1 over the door but the window display includes items 2 for £1 and 3 for £1 so not £1 each at all.

The gloves are £1 EACH according to the poster, which tickled me.

Along similar lines, in 2007 I was staying in Hounslow for a few days. Passing the local pound shop , I was amused to see its neighbour - an Everything 99p shop. Competition's stiff up there!
