After some serious thinking i believe i may have the answer , the building in the background with the balcony is in leskinnick place , therefore the buildings in the foreground are the row of shops to the left of the longboat pub ( locksmith , opticians and antique shop )
Apologies for taking a while in answering but since the monthly meeting my laptop has died (not working!) so I'm having to use HH when he isn't using it....which isn't very often.
