This is an unusual find. But it can clearly be see from both road and pavement. Location, location. Name the premisses please... for an extra buzz (no extra points) tell me how old is this!
I take it that this is inside a building/property but can be seen via the road? in which case looks like the old style decoration which used to be in hospitals....

Yes you can see this from the road and pavement... no need to enter the premises. Not in Market Jew Street... but be aware that it's the premises name I'm after not street name.
