Well although tt13's answer is very descriptive sparky got in there first. It is part of the pay and display car park of St. Johns Hall taken from the lane next to the First and Last Inn. 3 points on the way.

Thanks CW, we sat once again in the same spot waiting for mother to come out from the surgery and I just happened to look up and said OMG there it is (HH said there what is, mystery pic I replied or at least I thought it was!! (obviously from memory as no pic to hand) so hence my answer.
