In the chapel in the Garden of Remembrance, Penlee Park. As far as the second part of the question goes, no idea!

At last someone has paid the place a visit. A thoroughly deserved three points for you, Treeve. All one had to do was read the small brass plaque seen in the picture!

I had it in mind from the design it was from St Paul s - I just needed to check ... I have it in mind to transcribe the Book of Remembrance, as it has only been completed from A to L, so far and there have been no other offers of a transcriber.
