Starting away for Plymouth and Up Country.Anyone you recognise ?

Almost ready to leave.The loco. was 34002 'Salisbury' a BR Southern region West Country class loco.and I can never remember seeing one at PZ before

On 3 May 1964 'The Cornubian' steam special prepares to leave Penzance,described then as the last steam passenger train to keave there.

An unidentified 'Castle 'class loco. backs it's train out of Penzance towards the sidings at Ponsandane.

Not a good 'photo but I hope of interest.The vintage loco. was at the station on a date in February 1961 with an exhibition train publicising the forthcoming Westward ITV service.
