Nope don't know what this is. I'm privy to the build at Albert Street but not this one S55... Sorry.

@ BoP Yes I agree. but then again as the land belongs to the IoSSSC and use to be a car park it could be a multi story with a small hotel in readiness for the harbour development. Wink, wink, nod, nod!
