Colin Polglase was certainly a member of the team but he is not in the photo. Neither is Dick Treloar. Colin Polglase might be able to provide some more clues.
I have it on very good authority that the first five in the back row, left to right, are Kenny Hosking, Michael Sheppard, Tommy Matthews, a boy named White and Arthur Hosken. There was a D.T. White in the 1950 intake and Sheppard was 1950, the others named in the photo. were 1951 and 1952 intake. This was a Cricket 1st team so must have been 1956 at least - certainly not 1955.
