You are walking along a Penzance pavement. The kerb has these letters; on what thoroughfare are you? What is the building next to the pavement? What is the building on the opposite side of the road?
Now these are interesting! I will need to take a look around before blindly guessing. I found D , I will find ST and S:T!
 
Now, I am going to offer a Papal Bull; all three answers at the same time please; which means Curb your Enthusiasm. Otherwise it gets all confusing when points have to be given. The Three Cs gave quite a headache in the end, which is an odd place to have a headache. laugh# ::15:
 
Three points to the lady, and give the man a coconut. Opposite the Benbow (built 1963) is Nr20 (built c1800). Why these two sets of letters adjoin is very strange. ::15:
